What does the AI assistant actually do?
Every gym plan includes configuration of one AI text assistant for your location, in English over SMS. It uses your approved gym information to answer routine questions and help prospects book through one intro calendar. We configure and test it before launch. With AYH CRM, your team manages it after training and handoff; our managed plans include ongoing monitoring and maintenance. It hands uncertain questions and requests for a person to your staff. Your staff conducts consultations and closes memberships.
Which plans include AI, and what costs extra?
AYH CRM is $297/month plus $500 one-time setup, including AI assistant configuration, approved FAQs, one intro booking calendar, testing, and staff training. Your team operates the system after handoff. Both managed plans add ongoing assistant maintenance and services within their scope. SMS and AI usage are billed separately under an agreed spending cap. Voice AI, extra channels or languages, and custom integrations require a separate scope. We confirm account support and booking access before accepting the setup scope.
Is this the $97/month AYH CRM plan?
The $97 plan is our general self-service CRM. AYH CRM adds gym-specific configuration, a configured AI text assistant, and staff training and handoff. Managed Follow-Up and Managed Growth add ongoing services. Each gym plan includes CRM access; usage is separate.
I already have Mindbody, ClubReady, or a CRM. Why add AYH?
Having software and having a team consistently run your follow-up are different needs. Your current platform may already offer marketing tools. Our managed plans add gym-specific configuration, AI assistant maintenance, campaigns within your plan, workflow monitoring, and staff handoffs. We review what already works and identify a specific gap AYH can own. If your existing setup already handles that well, there may be no reason to add another service.
Can AYH send campaign leads into our existing CRM?
Our direct Mindbody integration syncs leads and bookings from AYH CRM into Mindbody. We can also scope Zapier workflows for supported apps and actions. A direct ClubReady integration is in progress and is not available yet. During onboarding, we confirm location access, field mapping, duplicate handling, booking rules, and which system sends follow-up. Integration scope and third-party fees are agreed separately; an automatic two-way sync is not included by default.
Do we have to replace our membership software?
Our starting point is to keep your membership, billing, and operational systems in place. We check how AYH can complement them and confirm a workable lead handoff before recommending an integrated setup.
What if our franchise controls marketing?
Bring the person who approves local marketing and software. We map brand requirements before the pilot. If the required permissions or integrations aren't available, we won't recommend starting.
Do you guarantee new members?
No. We agree on a baseline and measure response, bookings, attendance, memberships, and collections. Results depend on your lead quality, offer, available capacity, and staff follow-through.
How quickly can we start?
Our target is 14 business days after required access, usable contact permissions, content, and brand approvals are ready. Carrier registration or integration dependencies can change the date; we agree on the launch schedule in writing.
What happens in the growth audit?
